DITA2025: A Symposium on Theology and the Arts
How can the arts help us open up the very heart of the Christian faith, celebrated at the Council of Nicaea in 325, that Jesus Christ is “one in being” with God? The Duke Initiatives in Theology and the Arts will host its annual symposium Sept. 4-7 at Duke. The event features academics, artists, musicians, and clergy from around the globe who will offer presentations, discussions, and performances that can be enjoyed by all.

The Durham 2025 CROP Hunger Walk is coming up on Sunday, March 23, at Duke Chapel. No one in this world should be hungry. That's why the CROP Hunger Walk is our chance to help families who are struggling with hunger and concerned about where they'll find their next meal. Providing skilled care with compassion while managing demanding hours requires significant emotional labor and often leads to spiritual stress. Blacknall Survey of Service Engagement
Blacknall's Durham Ministry Engagement Team (DMET) is conducting a community service survey this year, running from January 12-31. Your responses will assist DMET and the Session in organizing our resources to serve our neighbors in Durham. The poll will also inform how DMET supports people at Blacknall who are interested in new service opportunities in Durham.
