Goodwyn (Goodie) enjoys welcoming new Young Adults to Blacknall. She helps supervise Duke Divinity Interns and coordinates the Young Adult Sunday School Class.
Goodie earned her Masters of Divinity Degree from Duke Divinity School in 2013. Before seminary, she spent five years as a campus minister with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA. Her experience with InterVarsity and urban ministries in Richmond helped Goodie discern a call to ordination.
Goodie lives on a farm with her husband, three children, seventy chickens, seven cows, three cats, a dog, and a turtle.
